Rita is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Safety, and Health management. She currently serves as the President and CEO of the Employers Network, a non-profit employers association located in Spartanburg, SC. In addition to being an authorized instructor for OSHA General Industry and Construction.
Rita holds multiple certifications, including SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) and HRCI SPHR (Human Resource Certification Institute - Senior Professional in Human Resources), demonstrating her expertise in the field. She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional, showcasing her proficiency in process improvement and quality management.
Joy Crile
Joy has extensive Human Resource; she started her Human Resource career in training, development and coaching and has since worked in Human Resources across multiple market segments. She has managed HR for family-owned businesses to global companies. She has an Office/Business Management degree with a minor in Psychology. Joy is SPHR and SHRM-CP certified. She has been married to Keith for 32+ years and they have 3 sons. Joy enjoys baking, reading, playing board games, camping and traveling in her free time.
